AGV Products Corporation (TWSE: 1217), together with its affiliated biotechnology companies Taiwan First Biotechnology and Koya Health Biotechnology, unveiled its new Global Beverage Solution System at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026, Asia’s largest food and beverage trade exhibition.
The launch marks a significant strategic milestone for AGV as the company evolves from a traditional consumer food manufacturer into an integrated beverage solutions provider serving international Food Service, café, bubble tea, and OEM/ODM markets across Asia-Pacific and beyond.
According to industry research, the Asia-Pacific plant-based beverage market is projected to exceed US$40 billion by 2028, while demand for high-protein nutritional beverages continues to grow rapidly, driven by sports nutrition, healthy aging, and wellness trends. At the same time, the rapid expansion of bubble tea chains, cafés, and food service operators across Southeast Asia is creating strong demand for turnkey beverage development and supply solutions.
To address these market opportunities, AGV introduced its Global Beverage Solution System, a comprehensive platform integrating the group’s expertise in food technology, biotechnology, and nutritional science. The platform includes:
* Plant-Based Beverage Base Systems (Oat, Soy, and other plant-based applications)
* High-Protein Beverage Base Systems (Dairy and plant-protein blended solutions)
* Tea Concentrate Systems
* Functional Wellness Beverage Platforms
Designed with high-concentration and easy-to-prepare technology, the system enables customers to rapidly customize flavor profiles, nutritional positioning, and product formats according to local market needs while reducing logistics costs and accelerating product commercialization.
AGV stated that its key competitive advantage lies not in a single product, but in its vertically integrated capabilities. AGV contributes more than three decades of aseptic processing and food manufacturing expertise, while Taiwan First Biotechnology provides functional ingredient and formulation development capabilities, and Koya Health Biotechnology contributes nutritional science and health ingredient technologies.
Together, the three companies offer a complete one-stop solution covering ingredient sourcing, formulation design, application development, pilot production, commercial manufacturing, and market launch support.
Among the featured innovations showcased at THAIFEX were plant-based milk tea bases designed specifically for Asian beverage chains, high-protein beverage concentrates, and large-format Beverage Base Solutions tailored for cafés, restaurants, and food service operators.
These solutions attracted strong interest from buyers and partners across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. AGV believes that its plant-based and high-protein beverage platforms have significant potential across multiple categories, including bubble tea, coffee beverages, breakfast solutions, sports nutrition, and healthy aging products.
THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 attracted more than 6,000 exhibitors from over 140 countries, making it one of the world’s most influential food and beverage trade events. During the exhibition, AGV engaged with numerous beverage brands, food service distributors, restaurant groups, and OEM/ODM partners, laying the groundwork for future business collaborations and international expansion.
Looking ahead, AGV will continue to strengthen the global deployment of its Global Beverage Solution System, focusing on Asia-Pacific Food Service channels and beverage manufacturing partnerships. Through technology licensing, product co-development, private-label manufacturing, and strategic collaborations, AGV aims to build a new growth engine beyond its traditional consumer food business and establish itself as a leading beverage solutions provider in Asia.
